Perfect color coverage with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye is achieved with oxidant 3%.
After mixing, the RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% ensures that the substance will bleed less and can be applied more accurately.

Caution!
RefectoCil Blonde No. 0 must be made with the oxidant 3% cream. Use 1 cm of paint with 25 drops of oxidant cream.
For other colors, you have the choice of oxidant 3% liquid or oxidant 3% cream.

HOW TO USE

* Clean lashes and/or eyebrows with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make Up Remover and RefectoCil Saline Solution.
* Protect the skin around the eyebrows with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream. Protect the skin under the eyes with RefectoCil Silicone Pads, Eyelash Pads or Eye Care Pads. * For optimal results, mix 1 cm of RefectoCil paint with 7 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Crème 3% in your Artist Palette For the Blond Brow, use 2 cm of Blond Brow with 25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Crème 3%.
* Aim for 10 minutes of incorporation time.
